A handcrafted festive brine mix for the perfect Christmas turkey. Packed with real spices — juniper, bay, allspice, mustard seed, crushed chilli, and citrus — this mix creates a juicy, flavourful bird with minimal effort.
How to use:
1. Combine the entire sachet with 1 litre orange juice and 4 litres cold water.
*If you don’t have orange juice, water works fine.*
2. Heat gently until the salt and sugar dissolve, then cool completely.
3. Place your turkey and the cooled brine into the brining bag provided, then seal.
4. Refrigerate for 12–24 hours, turning occasionally.
5. Rinse and pat dry before roasting.
6. For best results, apply the Yuletide Finishing Rub under and over the skin before cooking.
