Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items or products that have been used.
If you change your mind about an unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss eligibility. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Damages or Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Wrong Item Received
If we’ve made a mistake and the wrong item has been sent, we’ll put it right quickly with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
