The Beaver Creek pantry is only just getting started.

Mesa Roja and Mesa Ahumada lead our newest range: small-batch sauces made to bring bold, easy flavour to tacos, grilled meats, eggs and everyday meals. Roja brings bright, savoury jalapeño character, while Ahumada offers a deeper smoky chipotle flavour.

Over the coming months, we plan to grow the pantry with Beaver Creek ketchup, splash sauces, BBQ sauces, mustard sauces and whatever else earns its place on the shelf. Some ideas are still being tested, tasted and refined—because they won’t be released until we’re happy to put our name on them.
