Shipping policy

Dispatch Times
We dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
As a rural small-batch producer, we operate two mail runs per week, but we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Services
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail:
• Tracked 48 – Standard Delivery
• Tracked 24 – Express Upgrade

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
• Tracked 48: typically 2–4 working days
• Tracked 24: typically 1–3 working days

Heavy Parcels (Over 2 kg)
Larger orders may be shipped using an alternative tracked method. A flat-rate shipping cost is applied automatically at checkout.

Local Delivery (Hythe, CT21)
Local hand delivery is available when feasible and is usually completed within 2–3 days.

Collection
Collection is not currently offered.

Packaging
All sauces, jams and brines are securely packaged to protect glass bottles and jars during transit.

Damages / Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours, including a photo, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
