Originally blended for beef, this has turned out to be a great general-purpose rub too.

Cabin Rub was developed as our everyday beef seasoning. Coarse black pepper and garlic lead the flavour, while paprika adds rich colour and subtle smoke. Onion, mustard and gentle cayenne warmth round everything out without making the rub taste sweet.

Made for steak, brisket and short ribs—but equally at home on burgers, roast beef, chicken, vegetables and roast potatoes.
