Super-hot tropical Carolina Reaper sauce · 150ml
Fruity, rounded and seriously hot, Down in Carolina is the hottest sauce in our core range. Built on our tropical Hot Tropics base, it is finished with Carolina Reaper, honey and vanilla for layers of fruit and flavour before the deep, steadily rising heat takes hold.
This is a flavour-first super-hot sauce—but the Reaper is given plenty of room to make itself known.

Perfect with: Wings, tacos, pulled pork, grilled fish and anything that needs serious heat with real flavour.
Ingredients: Mango, pineapple, sweet peppers, Carolina Reaper chillies, onion, garlic, lime, turmeric, sea salt, cider vinegar, honey and vanilla.
Fermented and bottled by hand in small batches at Beaver Creek HQ in Kent. Refrigerate after opening.
