Mesa Ahumada starts with the same rich tomato, sweet pepper, lime and garlic foundation as Mesa Roja, then layers in chipotle for a deeper, gently smoky finish. The smoke complements the food rather than taking over.
Rich enough for barbecue, balanced enough for everyday use. Try it with brisket, burgers, tacos, eggs, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables or anything fresh from the fire.
