Over the Top: Ghost Edition starts with the same smoky, savoury base as the original. Mulato chilli, sweet peppers, garlic, smoked paprika and cumin build the flavour, while fermented habanero and ghost chilli create a firmer, longer-lasting heat.
It sits just below Down in Carolina in our core heat ladder: seriously hot, but still unmistakably Over the Top.

Flavour: Smoky · Earthy · Savoury · Deep, lingering heat
Perfect with: Chilli con carne, ribs, burgers, grilled meats, tacos and anything that needs smoky heat.
Ingredients: Sweet peppers, onions, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chilli, acetic acid.
Fermented and bottled by hand in small batches at Beaver Creek HQ in Kent. Refrigerate after opening.
