Sweet Piggy isn’t a dessert rub. Demerara sugar helps create a rich, sticky bark, while smoked paprika, garlic, onion and mustard keep everything firmly on the savoury side. Mild chilli adds gentle warmth without taking over.
Built for ribs and pulled pork, but equally happy on pork belly, chops and chicken.
