Our Yuletide Turkey Brine Mix is a carefully balanced blend of sea salt and winter spices, created to give you a beautifully seasoned, incredibly juicy festive roast with very little faff.
Designed for turkeys around 4–5 kg, this pouch is all you need to make a full flavoured brine at home. Just dissolve the mix in water (and a splash of orange juice if you like), chill it, and let your bird soak up all that goodness before roasting.
Expect gentle Christmas aromatics, savoury depth and a subtle warmth rather than aggressive heat – this is about flavour first, not blowing anyone’s head off.
